Eng. Hossam Rady, MSc.
Co-Founder and CEO
Experienced Entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in healthcare engineering , software and IT industry. Founded and managed mutltiple companies in the healthcare IT and medical imaging software industry. Skilled in strategic management, business development, product management and software development, marketing management, medical Devices and electrical engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Strong business development professional with a master of business administration (MBA) from ESLSCA business school, Paris, and master of science in communication engineering from Alexandria University, Egypt.
Eng. Mustafa El-Attar, PhD.
Co-Founder and V.P. / CTO
A Leading expert in Artificial Intelligence and Medical Imaging. He co-founded Intixel, advancing diagnostic precision and treatment planning in multiple medical fields. Mustafa earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and Physics from the University of Amsterdam, focusing on AI applications in cardiac imaging. He has held roles at 3mensio, Pie Medical, and Myocardial Solutions, developing cardiovascular imaging software. With over 80 publications, Mustafa’s work spans cancer screening, cardiac diagnostics, and AI-based treatment solutions. He also launched Ramyro, a healthcare AI startup, and serves as an Associate Professor at Nile University.
Eng. Nael Osman, PhD.
Co-Founder, Non Executive
An accomplished researcher and academician with expertise in cardiac MRI technology, known for advancing heart function measurement using MRI. He has published over 60 scientific papers, contributed to 100+ conference proceedings, and holds 6 US patents and 3 inventions. He has supervised 6 PhD graduates who are now successful in academia and industry. As an entrepreneur, he founded and led a company, securing successful seed and venture capital funding. His specialties include teaching, mentoring, innovation, and product development, with a strong track record in research funding, fund management, and academic publications, including 4 book chapters.
Dr. Thanaa Mohannad
Co-Founder and CMO
A healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in radiology and AI-driven clinical solutions. As Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of RAMYRO, she applies advanced technologies to medical imaging. Her diverse career spans clinical and managerial roles in radiology, clinical consultancy, and nutrition. She holds a Master’s in Radiodiagnosis from Cairo University and a post-graduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition. Committed to improving global healthcare, Dr. Mohannad aims to support healthtech startups, using her expertise to navigate the complexities of healthcare innovation and market integration.

He has held pivotal roles at industry leaders like GE Healthcare and Philips Healthcare, driving the adoption of advanced technologies and guiding products from conception to market leadership. A mentor and strategist, he has helped numerous healthcare startups scale globally, particularly in the Middle East and Africa’s complex regulatory environments. His expertise in integrating emerging trends with corporate needs makes him a key asset for businesses seeking global expansion and strategic partnerships. Seasoned software engineer and project manager with over 18 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and project management. As a certified Scrum Master with an Agile Foundation Certification, He Had successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projects. He is proficient in database design, OOP principles, UML diagrams, and design patterns, with expertise in C#, C++, WPF, Web, and Mobile apps. His approach combines technical excellence with strategic alignment to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.
